CHINESE school education received a boost when Guinness Anchor Bhd (Gab) recently donated a total of RM2mil following a six-week fund-raising campaign. I was quite surprised when i first knew this matter. Never thought that beer industry will give such a huge support to Chinese schools.
The campaign was named Dragon Mission, which ended in February benefited the Chinese Primary School Development Fund and the Brilliant Dragon Education Fund.
I think 3G still a very new technology for many persons.Moreover, most of the people still don't know how to use this 3G function.
3G is stand for third generation of mobile phone standards and technology.Unlike IEEE 802.11 networks, 3G networks are wide area cellular telephone networks which evolved to incorporate high-speed internet access and video telephony.
The most significant feature of 3G mobile technology is that it supports greater numbers of voice and data customers.
So, as a new generation people, we should know these simple knowledge even we didn't use this 3G function.
Recently i read an interesting educational news from the STAR. It seems that the Government of the Republic of Korea is offering scholarships for up to 10 Malaysian students to pursue undergraduate studies in Korea.
What intersting is that the scholarships will cover tuition fees for five years of studies – one year for studying the Korean language and four years for the degree programme. Hmmm, it seems Korean language is a must to be able to communicate with Korean peoples.
